Opportunistic

We seek to acquire under-managed properties and create value by re-positioning the asset. We focus on assets that have “good bones” and improve them by applying the most appropriate business plan in that point of the cycle.

Core +

We acquire assets that offer some income but where we seek to enhance the income stream and make it long term and secured. This is done by light refurbishments, improving the tenants in place and re-gearing the leases.
