GG Capital acquired 1 New Fetter Lane, a circa 100,000 sq. ft. office building in the City of London and has created value through a re-positioning of the asset which has resulted in a significant increase of the rent roll.
The asset is now fully let on long-term leases and the income stabilised.
The active asset management has resulted in an increase in the value of the property, reflecting a solid return on investment.
